Product Description

CNC brass wire-cut electrical discharge machine including DK7625P, DK7625, DK7632, DK7632A and DK7663 equipped with high quality industrial computer, high precision linear guide way and ball screw, imported AC servo system, suitable for high precision mould and components cutting. The machines are extensively used in aero-space, education training and electronic communication industries. The machines especially for precision mould cutting.

CHARACTERISTICS:

1. The structure of casting through the state of the art designed, and the major parts made of high strength and wear resistance ductile cast iron. The castings are machining by "Piano type five axes CNC machining center", so the accuracy of castings can be guarantee, and achieve high speed and high accuracy machining performance.

2. Direct drive transmission between servo motor and ball screws steel coupling, eliminates the backlash, enhances the machine precision in ling periods of operation. The machining accuracy is guaranteed by high rigidity machine body, precision ball screw, linear guide way and imported servo system.

3. "C" shape stainless steel work table is mounted one-piece granite table, can guarantee the corrosion resistance, thermal deformation and ease of installation with various kinds of workpieces.

4. The box structure of U-V axes device installed in Z-axis, the movement of device is controlled by high precision ball screw, linear guide way and imported AC servo motor, the strong structure increase the rigidity and enhance the control accuracy.

5. Wire feeding system: The feeding device use of imported magnetic clutch which enables wire tension fluctuation to be kept a minimum; Carrier device use guide tube to carrier the used wire, high reliability and wear resistance; Wire guide use of diamond wire guide enhance cutting accuracy; Flushing dielectric fluid use dielectric fluid flushing through upper and lower nozzle, improve rinsing dirt and debris, increase machining efficiency.

6. Dielectric fluid system and cooling unit: Control of dielectric fluid is a good matching of high pressure pump, inverter and dielectric fluid cooler, to kept the dielectric fluid at constant temperature, steady flushing pressure and high flushing pressure achieve to 18kg per square centimeter; The particles filtering of paper filter is ¡Ü5um; Conductivity is automatic control in pre-set range; Flushing pressure is automatic control in high and low flushing pressure; Temperature control is automatic control the dielectric fluid temperature, enhance precise cutting.
